The model BS-IT-1524 body is constructed of painted aluminum and is used to cut both fresh and frozen meat/fish and bones. The strong carrying structure is smooth, without internal ribs, which makes it easier to clean. Complete with meat pusher, safety microswitch with forced aperture, blade protection, blade guide and electric board with hand watertight 24V push buttom panel. It features a ventilated motors with electromagnetic brake, as well as a flywheel specially designed to maintain blade stability. This unit also has tension grip spring-set with tension indicator.
