Free Shipping Offer & Policy

We provide the following free shipping* offers for the convenience of our customers:

• Free Shipping on select items and orders over $3000 placed online.
• Free Shipping within GTA and Hamilton** (Canada) on orders over $500 placed online.

This offer applies to most destinations within Canada and the Contiguous United States. Excluded areas in Canada include The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and any Island locations This offer also excludes any other destination that requires air or sea freight service within any territory or province/state. 

This does not include the Tail Gate or Residential Fee some orders may be subject to. Please note all common freight carrier deliveries are curb-side deliveries.

Products that ship via a Common Freight Carrier may require additional fees which are not covered by this policy.

1. Residential Address – Products that ship to a residential address via a Common Freight Carrier will automatically be charged a Residential Liftgate Fee. This Fee is $80.00 USD for US / $135 CAD for Canada
2. Business Address – Products that ship to a business address via a Common Freight Carrier will automatically be charged a Commercial Liftgate Fee. This Fee is $60.00 USD for the US / $45 CAD for Canada. If you have a truck-level receiving dock, this fee would not be applicable.

While we take every care to uphold our commitment of free shipping, Zanduco Restaurant Equipment & Supplies reserves the right to cancel any 'Free Shipping' if the quoted or charged rates are too excessive (like non-standard items, locations with extreme limitations of access, etc). In the unlikely event that this should occur, you will be notified of any extra charges prior to shipping and you may approve this charge or cancel your order at that time.
