The slicer attachment is made of durable construction and is easy to clean. This entire unit disassembles easily for even simpler cleaning and lubrication.

You can select between six stainless steel shredding or grating discs (sold separately) that are compatible with this attachment. The shredder discs each feature holes of varying sizes between 2.3 mm and 12 mm, allowing you to control the thickness of your vegetable shreds.
