The Celcold-CPP9412 Pizza Prep Table is designed to enhance efficiency in commercial kitchens with its innovative "air over" raised pan rail design. It includes a full-length, heavy-duty 5/8” thick cutting board, making food preparation convenient and robust. The exterior is constructed with full stainless steel on the front and sides, ensuring durability and a sleek appearance. The solid door, equipped with a foamed-in-place recessed handle, offers reliable and secure access. This prep table comes with 1/3 size clear Lexan pans and features an efficient condensate hot gas loop built into the pan for energy-saving evaporation of excess water. Utilizing environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas, it also boasts a vaulted self-closing door that stays open at 90 degrees for ease of use. The table is fitted with easy-to-mount plate casters, two of which are lockable, for mobility and stability. Enhanced air flow and faster recovery times are achieved through a larger fan motor and blades. Tested to meet NSF Standard 7 requirements for food storage, the unit is backed by a three-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year compressor warranty. An electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display ensures accurate temperature control, while the interior features a bright white ABS liner and a full stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning.
